AN ETERNAL FORCE LP 4
Based on live performances and instruments against intensely processed & delicately edited source material, An Eternal Force is the most mature & longest project by DD 2-14 in terms of both total running time & time to complete.

Volume 4, New Tonality, takes three microsamples from modern piano-based compositions and blurs flurries of distinct notes into celestial glaciers of concentrated sound. While Volume 3 experimented with space, noise & the overtones that can be removed, Volume 4 is about controlled density, bright tones & varying degrees of constant melody. The most firmly "classical" of the series, New Tonality makes a case for deep listening done at high volume.

An Eternal Force is a 5 album box set of ambient & drone compositions. Based around heavily treated and manipulated microsamples, each LP explores the limitations of 1 - 4 seconds of source audio extended into full length pieces.
Exploring intimate, personal ideas and concepts with the usual level of obfuscation, DD 2-14 as a project breaks into new realms of the same pursuit across each installment of this series.
