Based on live performances and instruments against intensely processed & delicately edited source material, An Eternal Force is the most mature & longest project by DD 2-14 in terms of both total running time & time to complete.

Volume 5, This Haze, It Becomes Me, focuses on three microsamples from one acoustic singer/songwriter taken to smeared extremes. What was once a single chord and note sung by a voice has been processed beyond recognition and now presents itself as an entire plane upon which one can explore their own immanence. As percussion, noise, Theremin & synthesized tones skitter across the speakers, the feeling of something coming to an end is present.
As AN ETERNAL FORCE comes to a close, the energy released continues in the universe but the temporary observation of said energy has ceased.

Moods: triumphant, bold, intent, aloof

An Eternal Force is a 5 album box set of ambient & drone compositions. Based around heavily treated and manipulated microsamples, each LP explores the limitations of 1 - 4 seconds of source audio extended into full length pieces.
Exploring intimate, personal ideas and concepts with the usual level of obfuscation, DD 2-14 as a project breaks into new realms of the same pursuit across each installment of this series.
