AN ETERNAL FORCE LP 1

Based on live performances and instruments against intensely processed & delicately edited source material, An Eternal Force is the most mature & longest project by DD 2-14 in terms of both total running time & time to complete.

Volume 1, Tunnels & Reeds, takes a 2 second microsample and expands it out, focusing on different harmonics, formants, small movements taken to near glacial paces & the necessity of space for exploration. Using live synthesizers, winds, vocals & more, each song rewards the listener with a level of depth both emotional and artistic.

Moods: calm, peaceful, meditative, blissful

An Eternal Force is a 5 album box set of ambient & drone compositions. Based around heavily treated and manipulated microsamples, each LP explores the limitations of 1 - 4 seconds of source audio extended into full length pieces.
Exploring intimate, personal ideas and concepts with the usual level of obfuscation, DD 2-14 as a project breaks into new realms of the same pursuit across each installment of this series.
